Pre-Move Planning
A well-organized move starts weeks before moving day. We help you create a realistic timeline, identify what needs to happen before the move, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. That includes room-by-room planning for what goes where in the new home, so the movers can place things correctly from the start rather than requiring a full rearrangement later.
Decluttering Before You Pack
Moving is one of the best opportunities to cut loose what does not need to follow you to the next home. We help you declutter room by room before packing begins — so you are not paying to move, store, and unpack items that are only going to clutter the new space. Every item that leaves before the move is one less thing to deal with on the other side.
Professional Packing
We pack your belongings carefully, clearly, and with the new home in mind. Every box gets labeled with its contents and its destination room — not just 'bedroom' but 'master bedroom nightstand' so the movers know exactly where it goes. Fragile items get appropriate protection. Nothing gets thrown in a box and figured out later.
Move Day Coordination
On moving day, we can be present to coordinate with your movers — directing where boxes and furniture should go based on the plan we developed, answering questions in real time, and making sure the day runs as smoothly as possible. We are the organizational layer on top of the moving crew. We do not move furniture or do any heavy lifting — that is the movers' job.
Unpacking and Room Setup
We unpack your new home systematically and intentionally — not just getting things out of boxes, but organizing each room as we go. Kitchens get organized as they are unpacked. Closets get set up properly. Bedrooms get arranged to be functional from the first night. The goal is a home that is livable from day one, not one that requires weeks of continued unpacking.

Moving into a new space is the ideal moment to set everything up correctly rather than defaulting to whatever worked in the previous home. We organize each room in the new home based on how you want to live there — where things should go based on the layout, the storage available, and the routines of the household.

Pre-Move Consultation
We talk through your full move — timeline, origin home, destination, what needs to happen before moving day, and what you want the new home to look and feel like when it is set up. From that conversation we build a move plan that covers everything from decluttering to room setup.
Pre-Move Preparation
In the weeks before moving day, we help with decluttering, organizing, and packing. Each room gets packed in order, labeled clearly, and prepared so moving day is as simple as loading and unloading — not a day of chaotic last-minute decisions.
Moving Day Support
We can be present on moving day to coordinate with the moving crew, direct where items go in the new home, and make sure the day proceeds according to plan. We do not do any lifting or transport — that is the movers' responsibility. We are there to organize the process.
Unpack and Set Up the New Home
We unpack and organize the new home room by room. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets all get set up intentionally rather than hastily. By the time we leave, your new home is functional and organized — not a collection of open boxes waiting for the weekend.
What Move Management Actually Looks Like
In the weeks before the move, we work through the home with you — decluttering what should not make the move, packing what should, and labeling every box clearly with its contents and destination room. The movers arrive to a home that is fully packed and ready, with no last-minute scrambling.
On moving day, if you want us present, we coordinate with the moving crew so boxes go to the right rooms in the new home. We are not directing the movers on how to do their job — we are making sure the placement plan we developed together is executed correctly.
After the move, we unpack and organize the new home room by room. Our unpacking services are included as part of full move management, or available separately if you only need help settling in. We also coordinate any packing services before the move as a standalone option if that is all you need.
