By accessing or using the website at nolaorganizers.com or engaging Nola Organizers for professional organizing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Nola Organizers provides professional home organizing, decluttering, packing, and unpacking services in the Greater New Orleans area. The specific scope of services for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion. We are not responsible for decisions made by the client regarding what items to keep, donate, or discard.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your space and needs during consultation
• Ensure our team has safe access to the areas to be organized
• Be present or have an authorized adult present at the time of service (or provide explicit authorization for unattended access)
• Pay for services as agreed upon in your service agreement

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be established in your individual service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations made with insufficient notice, as specified in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Nola Organizers exercises reasonable care with your belongings. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service, or items disposed of at the client's direction. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on nolaorganizers.com, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Nola Organizers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Privacy

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson Parish or Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
