Your Closet Should Work for You, Not Against You

Most closets are not disorganized because of a lack of effort. They are disorganized because they were never set up with a system that matched how you actually live. We fix that.

Our closet organizing sessions start with understanding the person using the space. We sort through everything with you, clear out what no longer belongs, and put the rest back in a way that makes sense for your routine. Every item gets a designated spot. Every category gets its own zone. Getting dressed becomes easier and putting things away stops being a chore.

We work in closets of every type across Greater New Orleans: walk-ins, reach-ins, kids' closets, linen closets, master closets shared by two people, and overflow storage closets that have gotten out of hand. Whatever the situation, we have seen worse and we come without judgment.

Closets We Organize

Every closet is different. We adjust the approach to the space and the person using it.

Walk-In Closets

Walk-in closets collect more than clothes. We sort through everything, edit down what belongs, and set up a system that uses every inch of the space. Clothing gets organized by category and color, shoes get proper homes, and accessories stop living in piles. The result is a closet you can actually get dressed in quickly.

Reach-In Closets

Limited space does not have to mean chaos. We maximize every shelf, hanging rod, and corner of a reach-in closet so it holds more than you thought possible and stays easier to maintain. Whether it is a bedroom closet or a front-hall coat closet, we build a system that fits how you use it.

Kids' Closets

Kids' closets need to grow with them and survive daily use. We organize by size, category, and season, making it easy for your child to find what they need and put things back where they belong. Fewer morning battles start here.

Linen Closets

Towels, sheets, extra blankets, and cleaning supplies all crammed onto one set of shelves. We sort by type, fold and stack everything uniformly, and label each shelf so every family member can find and replace things correctly. No more avalanches when you open the door.

Master Closets

For shared closets used by two people, the challenge is building a system that works for both. We divide the space clearly, organize each side with intention, and make sure the result respects how each person actually gets dressed. Shared closets do not have to be a source of friction.

Seasonal and Storage Closets

Closets used for off-season clothing, holiday items, and long-term storage can turn into black holes fast. We sort everything by category and season, store items in a way that protects them, and label every bin so you can actually find things when you need them again.

And More

If you have a closet that does not fit a neat category, we still want to help. Craft closets, utility closets, mudroom cubbies, pantry closets, office supply closets -- if it has a door and things piled inside, we can make it work.

How It Works

Our Closet Organizing Process

01

Consultation and Planning

We start with a conversation about your closet, how you use it, what is working, and what is not. You tell us your goals and we map out a plan before we ever touch a single hanger. That way there are no surprises on the day of the session.

02

Sorting and Editing

We pull everything out and go through it together using a simple keep, donate, or toss approach. You decide what stays. We handle boxing donations, coordinating drop-offs, and removing anything that is leaving. Nothing leaves without your say.

03

Organizing and Placing

Once we know what is staying, we put it all back with intention. Clothing gets sorted by category and color. Shoes get dedicated spots. Accessories, bags, and extras get assigned homes based on how often you reach for them. Everything goes back in a way that makes sense for your daily routine.

04

Finishing and Labeling

We add containers, dividers, and labels as needed, either from what you already own or sourced through us. The session ends with a closet that is fully functional, looks polished, and is built to stay that way.

Day of Service

What to Expect on Closet Organizing Day

We arrive with a clear plan we built together during the consultation. Any supplies or products needed have already been discussed, so there are no last-minute decisions to make.

Most clients let us work while they go about their day. We pull everything out, sort, edit, and put it back according to the plan. You can be as involved as you want, or you can leave and come home to a finished closet.

Donations get boxed and taken with us. Anything that cannot be donated gets set aside for trash. By the end of the session, the closet is done, functional, and ready to use. Nothing sits in a pile waiting for you to deal with it later.

Why Work With Us

What Makes Our Closet Sessions Different

Zero-Judgment, Every Time

We have organized closets in every condition imaginable. There is no level of clutter, chaos, or embarrassment that changes how we show up or how we treat you. None.

You Control the Decisions

We never throw anything away without your sign-off. If you are not sure about something, we set it aside. You stay in charge of what stays and what goes at every step.

Systems Built for Real Life

We do not build closets that look good in photos and fall apart in two weeks. We build systems around how you actually get dressed, what you wear most, and how you naturally put things away.

Hands-Off Option Available

If you want to leave and come home to a finished closet, we can make that happen. We have a plan, we know the goal, and we execute it. You do not have to be present the entire time.

Donation and Trash Handled

Everything that leaves your closet actually leaves. We take donations with us and coordinate drop-offs. Light trash removal is included so the job is truly finished at the end of the session.

Maintenance Plans Available

If you want to protect the work we do together, we offer optional maintenance visits that keep the closet in great shape over time. One session does not have to be the last.

Common Questions

Closet Organizing Questions Answered

Do I need to do anything before my closet organizing session?
No. You don't need to do anything before your closet organizing session. We'll handle everything. We come ready to work and organize your closet.
Do I have to be home during the session?
No, you don't have to be home during the session. The only time we need you there is if we're helping you declutter and go through your clothes to decide what to keep, toss, or donate. If we're purely organizing your closet, you're welcome to stay or step out -- that's completely up to you.
How long does a closet organizing session take?
Typically five to five and a half hours. Within that time we sometimes work through multiple closets, and sometimes we spend the full session on just one — it really depends on the closet, how much is in it, how much help you want with decisions, and the overall project details.
Do you supply bins, hangers, and organizers?
We don't supply them directly, but we're happy to recommend products your closet could benefit from. Depending on the project, we can help you order them ahead of time or bring them directly to your session.
What do you do with items I want to donate?
Yes — for smaller loads, we can help take items to local donation centers in New Orleans. Our organizers can typically fit up to one donation drop-off in their car per session.
Can you organize a closet that has already been organized once before?
Yes, definitely. Whether you just need a refresh or a whole new system, we're here to help. We'll organize it so it works better for you, your daily routine, and the way you actually use your closet.
