How It Works

Step 1: Consultation & Planning

We start with a conversation about your space, needs, and goals. You share what’s working, what’s not, and your vision for the space. From there, we create a tailored action plan that fits your timeline, budget, and lifestyle.

Step 2: Decluttering

We go through items together, using our simple keep, donate, or toss method. You decide what stays, and we handle the rest — including boxing donations, coordinating drop-offs, and removing trash.

Step 3: Organizing

Once the clutter is gone, we create functional, easy-to-maintain systems that make sense for how you live. Every item gets a designated place, and we label and arrange it in a way that looks great and works effortlessly.

Step 4: Finishing Touches

We add containers, bins, and dividers as needed (either from what you have or sourced through us). The result is a polished, functional space that’s ready to use immediately.

What to Expect During a Decluttering Session

When we arrive, we come ready to work with a friendly attitude and all the supplies we’ll need to get started. We bring sorting bins, trash bags, labels, and any other tools that make the process smoother.

We begin by walking through your space together so we can understand your goals and priorities. Then we start sorting one area at a time and guide you in making clear, confident decisions about what to keep, toss, or donate.

You are in control of what stays and what goes, but we handle the heavy lifting, hauling, and organizing along the way, so it stays as stress-free as possible. By the end of the session, you will see a real difference and feel it too.

FAQ

Do I have to be there?
We recommend being present for at least part of the session so you can make decisions about what stays and what goes. That way, the end result reflects your preferences.
Most decluttering sessions last three to four hours. This gives us enough time to make noticeable progress without it feeling overwhelming. Larger projects may require multiple sessions, which we will discuss with you before getting started.
We take donated items to local donation centers such as Bridge House, Vietnam Veterans, Salvation Army, and other charities in the area. Whenever possible, we choose organizations that can put your items to good use in the community.
Absolutely not. Our services are 100 percent judgment-free, and we are here to help. You do not need to tidy or prepare your space before we arrive.
